Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made through Netvra are considered final and non-refundable once the eSIM QR code has been delivered or activated. This policy ensures the integrity and security of our systems and prevents abuse or fraud.
We may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Failed activation due to technical issues caused by our platform, and not by the user’s device or actions.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment. All delivered services are considered final and non-refundable.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to personal technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or loss/damage of the device.
- Incorrect eSIM type or region selected by the user
- Incompatible devices not supporting eSIM technology
- Loss of eSIM QR code after successful delivery
- Poor signal in certain countries due to local carrier limitations
- Change of travel plans, user error, or accidental purchases
- Activation issues caused by user mishandling or bypassing instructions
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase with the following:
- Your order number
- Proof of issue (screenshot, error message, device info)
- Description of the problem
Each refund request is reviewed individually. If eligible, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Partial refunds may be issued depending on the usage status of the eSIM.
Netvra reserves the right to decline any refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Abuse of the refund system or repeated refund requests may result in account suspension.
